Since 2000, THT Ostrava CZ has been manufacturing Teflon hoses, designed primarily for the aerospace industry. Teflon (PTFE, polytetrafluoroethylene) is a material originally developed for space flight. We are a licensed partner and distributor of TITEFLEX input materials, which guarantee incomparably better parameters compared to classic rubber. From the operator's point of view, the most interesting fact is certainly that the service life and shelf life of Teflon hoses are unlimited. Furthermore, they are highly resistant to UV radiation and ozone, Teflon does not dissolve into the transferred fluids, and their purity is therefore much better. Teflon hoses manufactured by THT Ostrava CZ are used by all major Czech aircraft manufacturers, and we also supply them to foreign business partners. Another significant activity of THT Ostrava CZ is the supply of spare parts for aviation technology.
